I didn't like the fact that my coffee maker wasn't clean...very nasty with steal water and white stuff floating in the water.⁰

Easy check in and friendly staff at check out! We would stay again.

The young lady at the desk was so nice as well as patient with explaining everything to me. The hotel is quaint and convenient. The only thing I had an issue with was the smell of the vents when the air is on in the room, it smells like mold but if the air is off the smell disappears.

I didn't like that they froze $ 176.00 in my account after i paid at check in. What was the purpose for that. They didn't tell you about it, they just did it. My money was not returned to me for 2 days.

We were traveling from Arizona to Foley for personal business and stayed 3 nights at your property. I fell short of an excellent rating because: bathroom GFCI and living room desk USB/power station need replacing, not functional. Sofa has small stains but nothing major. Positive was our room was exceptionally clean! One of the cleanest rooms we’ve stayed in! Thank you to the staff for a great stay!

Jackie, Rebecca, Kirk, and all the staff were excellent. The only issue is that we were evacuated because of Hurricane IDA and our funds were limited. It would have been great if the room rates were not not inflated from before hurricane dates. Also i wish I could have applied my AARP benefits to reduce my bill.
