"Nice hotel very classic style nice lounge room .."

The front desk was excellent and the agent at the desk worked hard to get my traveling companion in a close room to mine. The evening people were very helpful and in great spirit love there was a washing machine and dryer, also the pool .. breakfast was hot and displayed very nice

The room did not have a closet to hang clothes or hangers for the racks to put closets on . No ironing board or iron in room..

"Student move in UT MARTIN"

The room was clean and nice! There were little black bugs only on the desk! I did inform front desk and was told they were aware and exterminator was coming!

"Everything was excellent except for the too low commode"

It was adequate, for southern location biscuits and gravy should have been offered

The commode was extremely low. Not acceptable especially since a handicap unit would not have offered a taller commode The handicap unit is on the second floor. In case of fire elevators are not used, if a person was in a wheelchair how would they evacuate
