A frequent visitor to this amazing hotel. Staff are of the highest professional standard, the quality of service is the best I’ve experienced for a longe while. I am still at the hotel on this stay, they are busy transforming the lobby into a Christmas winter wonderland, all with a view to making it feel like a home from home on the run up to the festive season… Keep up the good work HRK!!
