Hyatt Regency Kyiv

This property has a top location and professional staff . There is not much to add . Additionally , the Hotel serves an high quality level breakfast . I tried other Hotels in Kyiv , but this one is the one !

The Hyatt has a magnificent entrance and location. At the time I was there the restaurant services were reduced due to the situation. The room I was offered was in the back of the building overlooking the A/C engines, which was not pleasant. I imagine the view is much better in the front where you can admire the central square and the churches. The swimming pool is very nice albeit the jacuzzi chlorine levels were too high for my eyes. The rooms could use some renovation.

I stayed here for a long weekend and had a great experience. The staff is very attentive and the majority speak impeccable English. I tried the rooftop restaurant, and while the food was fine but not particularly impressive, the sunset view from the terrace was incredible. I doubt you can find a terrace with a better view in Kyiv. I also got a Thai massage at their spa, which was expensive, but potentially the best massage I've ever gotten (not saying this lightly). Overall, would definitely comeback and recommend staying here.

Very good hotel. Staff are very accommodating and the standard king size room was clean and a good size. Breakfast options are good with a mix of continental, fruit and cereal, cakes and cooked breakfast. I absolutely cannot fault the food here, I tried a lot of dishes both for lunch and dinner and all of them were excellent. Unfortunately the service in the main restaurant (separate review) was a bit hit and miss. Location is perfect, right next to St Sophia’s cathedral and within walking distance to most tourist sites.

The hotel was high end with professional staff. The room was large, clean and well presented. The ground floor bar was good although service was slow. Breakfast in the restaurant was very good. The "room service" takeaway less so and well over priced. Great city centre location

I am an American, but this hotel in Kyiv is probably my favorite hotel that I have stayed at. It is very clean and I found the staff to be very friendly and helpful, I liked it so much that I am returning there next month, I would give them 5 stars! It is conveniently located next to St. Sophia cathedral and St. Michaels Monastery, close to Kreschatyk street and you can pay to have them pick you up and take you back to the airport, they also will schedule the Covid-19 test with a nurse in your hotel room for when you fly back to your home country. Shout out to Alexey, Artur, and Alina they were very amazing with their service!
