Sadece arabamı park edebileceğim bir otopark olmasını sevdim.Kahvaltı kötüydü.Kahvaltı için ayrılan depo benzeri Bodrum kat kötüydü.Sıcak su için kahvaltı tezgahına koydukları Kettle (su ısıtıcı) Pislikten içerisindeydi.Odalar ve otel son derece bakımsız ve çok eski.Yatak rahatsız.Ailemle kalmak için 3 kişilik oda rezerve ettiğim halde 3. kişi için basit tek kişilik ve çok rahatsız bir koltuğu açıp çarşaf sermişler.Bu en kötüsüydü.

This is our second tourist trip to Bulgaria. We stayed for 4 nights between May 23rd and 27th in a superior double room with two beds. We were greeted by the receptionist, Kremena. When we arrived, the safe was locked. We informed her, and she said she would come within an hour, and she really kept her word, arriving with tools to open the safe. She is a very hardworking woman. She also tried to fix the broken coffee machine in the kitchen/breakfast area, but couldn't. The hotel's location is very easily accessible; it's directly opposite the central train station and Sofia bus station. We used both the bus and train for our day trip to Plovdiv. There is also a Sofia metro station in front of the hotel, and trams with different numbers provide access to many places. A Billa and Lidl supermarket are just one stop away. We specifically requested a quiet room and were given a room facing the back, not the trams, and it was indeed very quiet; we didn't even hear the elevator noise. Breakfast was sufficient and delicious. Breakfast is very important for Turks, and they are really good at preparing it, so objectively speaking, I can say that the breakfast was adequate. However, the downside was that the coffee machine was broken, so we couldn't enjoy good coffee for four days. Breakfast included various types of tea, fruit juices, milk, hot fresh bread, croissants, butter, jams, honey, chocolate, three different types of cheese, boiled eggs, omelets, sausages, salami, pastrami, fruit, tomatoes, cucumbers, cake, yogurt, cereals, and similar items. The room was quite spacious. Cleaning was done regularly, and towels were changed. There was a kettle, tea bags, coffee, and water in the room for the first day. I would recommend staying there again if I visit Sofia.

Due to a broken coffee machine, none of the guests could drink coffee for four days. Yes, there was coffee, but it was instant Nescafe packaged as a quick coffee, which was not befitting of this hotel. Room cleaning is not done unless a note is posted on the door requesting it. People can forget this, and we forgot it one day.
