"ben hôtel de l'extérieur, mais..."

très déçue - un bel hôtel, mais beaucoup de choses laissent à désirer ! personnel non organisé au restaurant - nourriture pas fort variée - propreté en général laisse à désirer également, enfin bref, mauvaise expérience de vacances ! Je me demande même comment ça se fait qu'il a autant d'étoiles ! on ne sait même pas si c'est 3 ou 4

"trop d anglais et peu de service fait en francais"

deçu par la priorite et le service donne aux clients anglais par rapport à ns français trop de differneces on ne s est pas senti à l aise dans l etablissement ns avions l air d etre transparents spectacles et animations qu en anglais c dommage experience à ne pas refaire

"3 jours de détente"

Nous avons passé 3 jours au bord d'une belle piscine, spacieuse et très bien entretenue .. Belle ambiance générale,. cuisine correcte , variée. Personnel qui pourrait être plus souriant, très sollicitée et sous pression, mais qui sont làquand on leur pose une question. Spectacles du soir assez basic , pour enfants : amlusants ! Bref séjour à recommander !!!

"Super Hotel"

das Soviva Resort ist ein ausgezeichnetes Hotel, ich bin öfters in Tunesien, jedoch in der Regel privat bei Freunden. Dieses Mal brauchte ich eine Übernachtungsmöglichkeit in der Nähe vom Flughafen Enfidha und war positiv überrascht über den guten Service dieses Hotels.

When I was there some territory improvement and other renovation work took place so uncomfortable noise and smells were disturbing
