Location is fantastic, very close to Glover Gardens and the harbour. Definitely recommend walking around close to the ferry terminal for dinner however as there aren't many restaurants nearby.

Pillows were very hard and uncomfortable. The laundry situation is the worst I've seen - had better service in hostels. They only offer an oddly premium service so doing one bag of laundry would be >10k yen... There is a coin laundry about 10 mins walk away but that is very inconvenient.

子供たちから見ると少し古めかしい感じがしたようですが、大人目線では落ち着いていて、要所要所に長崎の良き歴史を感じるとても素敵なホテルだと思いました。とくに朝食会場はガラっと雰囲気が変わって明るく、海外に来たような雰囲気で良かった。

"大満足です。もう一泊しようか、ギリギリまで悩みました。"

スタッフが親切で部屋の清潔感も良かった。アメニティーやウェルカムドリンク（お水・ドリップコーヒー・ティーパック）もありがたかった。

朝食はビュッフェ2800円だったので利用しませんでした。 ホテルのランクにはそぐわないかもしれませんが、観光を目的としての滞在者の為に1000円くらいで簡単に食べられるワンプレートやパンとコーヒーのワンコインボックスのようなものであれば利用者が増えるのではないかと思いました。
