Easy to find location

No amenities in room, we had to plug the kettle into bathroom PowerPoint as no PowerPoint in room We had to drive into town to purchase milk coffee tea and toilet paper, there were no restaurant or meal facilities available. Cupboard in room was water damaged and broken. Bathroom was dirty. Stained and not cleaned properly. We had a view of their dam from our room . No wifi. Minimal communication until day of checkout when they called room to tell us we were 6 minutes late to check out. We paid a lot for this stay and feel we got ripped off. Wouldn’t recommend and won’t stay there again.

Run down needs a renovation and the lighting in the rooms was poor

The property was peaceful and the location is good

We paid for the full breakfast with the room and it was terrible, the food items on the menu wasn't what was served to us. They also tried to charge us for our coffees as they said it wasn't part of the deal and to add to that they wanted to charge us Public Holiday rates. It wasn't a public holiday. We didn't have dinner there but my brother did and his words were "the meals are below average".

Property was good for one night for attending a wedding

Two toilets for a 3 bed would be better Had breakfast there it was average at best

clean but run down rooms, shower in bath very difficult to use safely, no handrails etc. The restaurant on site was abysmal, frozen food offered and barely edible. But breakfast was the pits, we paid for breakfast in the booking but some of our group only wanted a barista coffee. It was just too much for them to understand. The full breakfast was missing many items, toast barely toasted, we opted for a barista coffee but not told it was $10 per cup until leaving and then they tried to charge one of our couples $200 for two cups of coffee, if she hadn't been aware that transaction would have gone thru - really poor show and if we do stay there again (doubtful) we won't be having meals there at all.

You guys have to be joking!! We went to The Mill last Saturday night, it was an absolute circus. How can you possibly make one person in charge of reception, bar tender (with no soda water for God’s sake!), service of meals, and organising payments!! MIA you were a gem!! You are worth your weight in gold. Fortunately we saw the funny side of it all. It took an hour to get a drink. We never did get our marguerites, but poor Mia had to look up the recipe!! We ended up just getting our own drinks and she just made sure they were on the bill. My sister in law ended up helping Mia in the bar. When i said circus I MEANT IT. I have .NEVER SEEN ANYTHING LIKE IT. The only reason we didn’t go elsewhere was because we were booked in for the night, we dod not want to drive and we didn’t want to get Mia in strife. I don’t know who is running this shambles of a place, but i suggest you avoid it at all cost!! PS, the room we were given in the motel Had a beeping fire alarm, guess who came to fix it ? The chef!! Honestly it was funny in some ways, but give it a miss!!

Location was good and reasonably priced

The taps were leaking , kettle needed to be plugged in at the bathroom socket. Could use a good dusting

Great, quiet location (there was a party at nearby estate with loud music but didnt go on too late). Stunning view from the room, even from the bed. Clean room, nice new looking carpets and lounge. Good sized room for two people. Parking undercover right outside door Staff friendly Expensive for what it was but that seems like everywhere near Pokolbin

Shower was awful. A massive rain shower head with barely any water pressure. Had to turn the hot water up full and the cold on just a few millimetres. Lucky I didn't have to wash my hair as i dont think I wouldve been able to rinse it thoroughly. Would've been miserable on a cooler day. Needed a physical credit/debit card for check in which we didnt have. Had to ring home and get the numbers off a card for hotel to keep on record which is surprising in this day and age. Surely should be able to tap pay to hold a security deposit. Lesson learnt for future! While not the hotels fault, it was disappointing to check in at 3pm to find our smoke alarm beeping every 60 seconds. Reception had had other complaints and appeared to be a problem in the whole place from the alarms being changed/fixed the day before. Waited over an hour for someone to come and fix it so we could relax/have a snooze (waited in our courtyard for a bit but started raining). Rang reception, no answer, went to reception no one there. Hubby had another play with alarm and managed to get it to shut off. Unfortunately it decided at 2am to start whingeing again!!! I found the bed comfy but hubby thought too hard. Good pillows but really noisy crepe paper sheets. Air con remote didn't work when lying in bed as too close to the sensor. Couldnt get tv to turn on with remote Fridge pretty rubbish at keeping things cold - prob not helped by being kept in a cupboard with no ventilation Wouldve liked to have eaten at their restaurant but not enough gluten free options so had to go elsewhere.

The accommodation was nice, I enjoyed the double doors that opened to the outside. The room was clean but dated. Good value for money and a great location. Staff were very friendly
