Sehr saubere Anlage. Sehr freundliches Personal. Essen gut. Ohne Aufpreis sehr große Suite bekomen.

В целом хороший отель, но в мелочах чувствуется экономия. Территория зелёная, но местами в клумбах на верхнем ярусе кустарник высох и вместо него ничего не высажено. У бассейна в первой половине дня проблематично найти свободное место. Кухня довольно разнообразная. Вопросы только к сокам вместо которых вода с разведённым едким концентратом и утренним сарделькам с добавлением мяса. Персонал на ресепшн вежливый, в ресторане официанты не всегда справляются с нагрузкой. До моря ходили пешком т.к. в утренний автобус все желающие не влезают. Идти до моря чуть больше 10 минут. В пешей доступности от отеля только парк аттракционов. В номере телевизор размером с монитор от компьютера. WiFi работал отлично. Резюме: Отель для тех, кому важно чтобы было много еды и хороший интернет. Если эти два фактора не являются основополагающими, то наверное можно найти что-то с более интересным соотношением цена/качество.

Trevlig personal, rent och fint. Det enda negativa var matsalen (vi hade all inclusive). Ljudvolymen var extremt hög och det var omöjligt att få matro. Frukost gick ok om vi kom när de öppnade. Lunchen åt vi oftast i poolbaren istället, där var lugnt. Annars bara positivt.

My only critical feedback is that our suite was in need of some routine maintenance which would have further enhanced our visit and increased my rating of the facilities. That said, we were upgraded free of charge to a larger suite due to resort occupancy and were very grateful for the hard work of all the staff. Our stay at the resort was excellent value for money.

Every thing kept clean and tidy. Entertainment not the best but great if your under 12 years old Food ok as expected from all inclusive with a good choice Wifi not the best kept losing single but ok in certain areas Staff all worked very hard and were all ways helpful and friendly, all in all a great place which is why this was our second visit to this complex

We were amazed at how fab this hotel was! We just returned from 7days with our 16month old. The suites are private and you have a little Terrence and stretch of garden to play in. The pool is big and heater which was great for the baby! There was always free sunbeds. You are a 15min walk from a silky Sandy beach, or a quick shuttle ride. There's great resteraunts by the sea too! The food at Dunas has a different theme every day (Italian, Chinese, Spanish, international, Canarian, Mexican) it is plentiful and there is lots of choice maybe 10 possible mains. The salads were incredible and changed everyday! Breakfast too had lots of choice. The staff there are so helpful always saying hello and playing with our little one! She loved Juan Antonio the porter and Fran in the restaurant were so kind to her! The place is very clean. The entertainment team are fun and not pushy at all. We didn't go to the disco but it sounded great! There is an on site supermarket and little cafe that's great for lunch. We really enjoyed the cocktails pre dinner at Taste bar! Our little one loved the playground which is one big sand pit! She was too young for the mini club but went every morning to colour in! Everyone is so friendly we are considering going back next Easter it was that good! When daughter is older she will love it as there is lots to do for the children! I'd say the guests are mostly German/French very little English which we liked! Thank you dunas for a great stay!

Beautiful, warm pools. Lovely gardens. Immense animation team. Very friendly staff. All in all a wonderful stay for our family of 4 :)
