Beijing Sentury Apartment Hotel

We were in the hotel for 5 nights in winter season. The Beijing Sentury hotel is located almost one block from a mall which is very convenient because also the prices are cheap there and there are some restaurants with Chinese food. The room was cleaned daily but the blankets were not changed daily. The room was big, all the time we had hot water and we did not have problems with the rest-room. All of them were very friendly specially a girl in the front desk. We did not see major problems to talk with them because not all understand english, but when it was the case they used to call some body to help us. Just 2 blocks from the hotel you can take shuttles to go to substation which is located just 5 minutes by shuttle. In summary we did not have concerns in the hotel although we only spends the nights there. I would come back again.

Not a bad place, not new or recently remodeled. In fact it seems like this place has not received upgrades since it opened. Staff was friendly and helpful, going out of their way at times. They did upgrade us twice. Rooms were spacious but dusty. Location was hard to get to the first time. Do your map research before you go and take the hotels phone number so the taxi driver can call. Once you get their, the hotel has taxi cards which come in handy. Not near a subway station, so we taxied to the nearest station to venture out. Neighborhood is fine. Overall not a bad stay.

We arrived at the hotel after check in time! The room appeared to be put together but not lived in for at least 2 months! There was roaches and bigs running around! Dusty counters dirty floors and bad smelling closed room! We cleaned up with what we had since we had to deal with it! The rooms were cold and temperature couldn't be adjusted to your personal preference they said the rooms are non smoking but people tend to smoke every where in the rooms! Showers are just above and beyond not of quality after taking a shower you are walking in a puddle of water! The hotel staff called me after I complaint to them the first night and changed my room to a less dirty room the next evening I got a call from the front desk at 11pm staff asking me do I have a wash cloth from the other room it's missing! Overall this hotel is more like a prison filthy and not to mention they have condoms for sale in the rooms a razor is a charge and I'm thinking so was the tooth brushes in the bathrooms! Not a really nice place or area to be overall this experience is my last!

The hotel is good, clean and secure, with a good price for the quality. The negative point is the location, there is not metro station to the hotel, so you have to take bus or taxi (which are cheap). The problem is the street is most of the time unknow by taxi drivers, and it's a bit hard to find a taxi to take you to the hotel, especially from the airport. Also, the hotel offer round trip to visit the must-see sights in and around beijing for good price.

The room I stayed in was clean and well looked after, very spacious, huge window and all of the staff were very helpful. It was however about 2km from Jinsong train station but taxi's were plentiful and inexpensive. Good value for money at the internet rate.

terrible condition

Our family of 5 stayed 6 nights recently at this hotel. Location is not very convenient which takes about 20 minutes walk to the main road, Maybe the hotel should introduce free shuttle service from the hotel to the nearest subway at Jinsiong Station. The room we stayed is 2 bedroom apartment. Lightings in the rooms are not completely workable and the whole apartment are filled with a stench which we think is from the airconditions. Water is dirty even after boiling. However, the team of staff are very friendly and helpful. For the price, I do not mind to stay in this hotel in my next trip.

This is a reasonable 3 star hotel with good sized rooms. The Hotel is only worth it if you get a 50% discount. The location is poor and there is nothing of any real interest around (shops, sights, or facilities). The nearest Underground Station is a 15-20 minute fairly easy walk away (about 2-3 km) or 2 stops on a bus for 1 Yuan. If a large 50sqm room is what you really want, then this Hotel is good value for money in its inconvenient location. Otherwise, I would suggest going elsewhere to a location that allows you to walk out of the Hotel and be immediately amongst places to see and things to do.
