Room cleanliness, housekeeping service and beach

Drinks quality is very bad , no knowledge of how to make cocktails, very cheap ingredients all around for food and drinks , old facilties , staff bad behaviour and manners and finaly no variety in meals

Our stay was truly wonderful and memorable. The hotel is beautiful, the atmosphere is great, and we really enjoyed every moment of our vacation. I would especially like to thank Mr. Ayman Hanafy for his outstanding support and cooperation. He is always available whenever needed, even during his days off, and he always goes above and beyond to help guests. I would also like to express my sincere appreciation to Mr. Ahmed Assem for his professionalism, kindness, and continuous support. Both gentlemen are highly respectful, helpful, and dedicated to providing excellent service. A big thank you to the entire hotel team for their hard work and hospitality. The staff are friendly, professional, and always willing to assist. We had a fantastic experience and will definitely visit again in the future. Wishing all the team, especially Mr. Ahmed Assem and Mr. Ayman Hanafy, continued success and all the best. Thank you very much.

His professionalism, friendliness, and willingness to go the extra mile made a lasting impression on us. He consistently assisted us with a smile and ensured that all our needs were promptly addressed. Employees like Amr are the reason guests return, and we highly commend him for providing exceptional customer service. Wonderful experience overall! The breakfast and dinner were delicious with a great variety of choices, and the beach was clean, relaxing, and beautifully maintained. The staff were friendly and attentive, making our stay enjoyable and memorable. We would be happy to visit again.

The sea and the beach are beautiful and everything is clean. The staff is very friendly and everyone is smiling and there to help you with anything you need. The animation team is top notch, really every time was a blast, especially if you come with children. There is greenery everywhere, palm trees, flowers, grass, trees, benches to sit on, and a place to sit, like in a park. All praise for the valet who is so wonderful.

Certain bungalows could be renovated, they are not bare, of course, and they are clean, but they are quite old, so it wouldn't hurt to freshen them up a bit.
