Food was quite tasty, a lot of drinks, beer was good, free tennis, close to the airport , very green territory, coworkers of reception, restaurants and cleaners behaved friendly.

The seawater was oily due to the numerous yachts, the restaurant (downstairs) was dirty. We brought our child to the kids' club at 11 a.m., and an employee kicked us out, saying they were closed and to come back tomorrow. The next day, the club was closed again. A lot of pushy salespeople who won't give you any peace even with a red flag.

Das zuerst zugewiesenen Bungalow. Das war sehr veraltet und schmutzig. Auf meine Reklamation wurde sofort reagiert und ich habe vernünftiges Bungalow bekommen.

Özellikle çalışanlar çok iyiydi her konuda yardımcı oldular resepsiyon müdürü Faraq İbrahim e ayrıca teşekkür etmek isterim. Rezervasyon öncesi ve sonrasında (bugün çıkış yaptık ama 12 ye kadar tesis olanaklarından yararlaniyoruz) booking rezervasyonu ile 5 gün üzeri gelirseniz ücretsiz alakart hakkınız da var yine kendisi söyledi yoksa eleni hanım alakartlarin ücretli olduğunu söylemişti ama İbrahim bey direk müdahil oldu ve alakart hakkımızı aldık oda çıkışı sonrası oda tahsis edildi duş alımı v.s için 🥰 tam bir fiyat performans oteli denizi de muhteşem 😍

This is not my first time staying there 😊 I truly love this place, the location is amazing, and the staff are always smiling and very helpful. I never regret staying there ♥️

Although I love the authentic vibes of the place, I still feel that some maintenance and renovation are needed, especially regarding the plumbing and electricity. Overall, it’s still a lovely place with a great atmosphere 😊
