City Express by Marriott Mexicali

Hubicacion, staff amable.

Las sábanas estaban sucias, el secador de pelo estaba en muy malas condiciones.

Provided only enough towels and sheets for two people, even though our reservation was for four. We had to ask for more. They didn’t even have sheets. We had to use blankets instead on the sofa bed.

Room looked cleaned but it is a NON SMOKER hotel and previous people smoked in the room so it smelled, they just sent someone to add some spray to kill the smell and turn on my ac... later on i had to call and complain again about the smell so i got another room.

Rooms are clean and comfortable. Very friendly staff.

Todo bien tienen buen servicio en general

Very clean. Staff gave excellent service. Very courteous and attentive to guests needs.

Nothing wrong with the property except for some loud guests near by.
