I thought the rooms were really nice and comfortable.

I was irritated that I made a reservation. Inform them that I needed wheelchair accessibility. When I arrived they had given away my room. Upgraded me to a King. Had two other passengers with me who had to rent another room. Not okay! Then after I left I was charged a $50 cleaning fee. I left my room clean. I requested photos of this filth we supposedly left behind and gave them my email. I never received anything but was told my$50 fee would be returned to me. The whole situation was a bit sketchy. The parking lot is very hard to maneuver in if you're disabled.
