Didn’t really feel like a hotel with minimal staff around, not much life to it and a bit basic.

the grounds were very nice

The rooms were not great - I was given a dark stable room with small windows and my friend had a roof with plywood walls- not what we expected- obviously seems like we were second class guests. There were better rooms.

Despite limited menu choice, Dinner was good. Bed was extremely comfortable and luxurious bedding. Lovely gardens and view from hotel. Pool and spa facilities very nice.

Aloof staff and lack of customer care. Did not feel comfortable or welcomed. Not shown around the hotel facilities on arrival. Breakfast service and response of staff poor. Food received, not worthy of the cost with little care and attention. Very disappointing indeed.

From the moment we arrived we were upgraded as it was our anniversary which was a lovely surprise. The reception staff were friendly, excellent and professional. The room was amazing, clean, ample room. Throughout our entire stay all the staff from reception,bar, restaurant, cleaners were always smiling and their service was second to none, always with a friendly smile and there was nothing they wouldn’t do for us. The hotel was beautiful and clean. The location was set in its own grounds which were immaculately serviced. There was nothing that anyone could do to improve our stay. I will definitely be booking to stay at Cowley Manor experience Hotel again

We stayed at Cowley Manor to celebrate our anniversary and it was the perfect choice. From the moment we arrived, the setting felt calm and special, with stunning grounds that make you instantly slow down and switch off. The spa was a real highlight, beautifully designed, peaceful, and incredibly relaxing and it felt like a genuine escape from everyday life. Everything about the hotel felt thoughtfully done, from the atmosphere to the comfort, and it’s a truly beautiful place to spend time together. A memorable, relaxing stay and an ideal spot for a special occasion.
