Nice Hotel friendly staff rooms need new Carpet over all neat !

One word to describe the cleanliness of the room and customer service"DISGRACEFUL"

We were in town for a training seminar within 5 minutes walking distance from the hotel. Since we stayed for 7 days, we were impressed that they changed the sheets every other day. They changed the towels when we left them on the floor which was totally in keeping with their "green" policy which we agree with. Many hotels we've stayed say they have this policy, but change all the linen regardless. We did read other reviews that commented about the small shower stall (bathrooms were recently renovated) and that is true, but we figured out a way to avoid the curtain from clinging to us by sticking the bottom of the curtain to the walls, but leaving a venting gap at the top. The mattress was basically a box spring and thus not comfortable. We would still stay there again.

We were on our way to Venice and wanted to visit the Family in Salonika Queen Olga was the perfect location with the the bus at the door and the sea close for early morning walks.

Everything was pretty good at this hotel. I spend the previous night at a hotel right in the center, and comparatively, I greatly preferred Hotel Queen Olga. There is a Carrefour nearby for picking up necessities or some snacks and it is very close to the beach and a beautiful Greek orthodox church. All in all, I was very pleased with this hotel.

Hotel was nice and clean. Staff was friendly. Took the bus from the airport and the bus stop was only one block from the hotel.

Good Value for Money. Nice location overlooking the Thermaic Gulf. Clean Rooms, good breakfast.

The only problem at hotel is poor WI-FI and cable internet connection.

I travel a lot for work to many third workd countaries. I was in Macedonia and planned on visiting a friend from the US in Greece.The rating online was a 1 star but my firend who lived by recommended the hotel. Many of her friends/family had stayed at the hotel previoulsy and also were very positive about the hotel. Having never stayed in hotel that was rated a 1 star out of the US, I was frankly a little leary. I was greatly surprised. It had everthing that one needed . A very clean and practical room, a block from the water,good AC and even a small fridge. The bed was a little hard with not much bounce but it was a great deal. One computer in then lobby with free access. The staff were very kind, professional and pleasent and there was a wonderful place to eat and get some beverages downstairs. Great deal and a wonderful very pleasent place to stay. Yes and I would go back\!
