Trevligt hotell med lite slitna och dåligt ljudisolerade rum. Lite gnissliga sängar så separata bäddar är att föredra. Rent med bra daglig städning. Bra bemannad reception.

Morgen maden var lidt kedelig,især kaffen,god udsigt.

It is a very valuable hotel for the price you pay. It is an old structure that would definitely benefit from a restructuring. Yet, everything is OK, functioning and it is in a very good position (not city centre). I used the parking and this is the only issue. You need to walk out from the vehicles exit and walk to the entrance of the hotel (not communicating with the hotel). Walking inside the garage is not pleasant at all, due to odour and warmth. I have stayed twice and probably will go again.

Staff are very kind. Central hotel with clean rooms and very good breakfast. Especially the staff at reception were very helpful. Many thanks once again!

Breakfast is orrible , the level of 3 stars is absolutely not deserved

Το προσωπικό ήταν πολύ εξυπηρετικό, η τουαλέτα ήταν χάλια με φθαρμένα είδη υγιεινής, μυρωδιά και τόσο στενή! Τα έπιπλα θέλουν ανανέωση γιατί μοιάζουν να είναι από το '80. Στα υπέρ ήταν το στρώμα. Φανταστικά αναπαυτικό!!! Η περιοχή δεν ήταν βολική για τις δικές μου δουλειές που είχα να κάνω.

Das Hotel ist sehr in die Jahre gekommen und müsste dringend renoviert werden. Die Klimaanlage hat leider nicht richtig funktioniert. Für 1-2 Übernachtungen ist es ok, für mehr aber nicht.

Σίγουρα δεν μετάνιωσα από την διαμονή μου στο Queen Olga. Σε κάποια επόμενη επίσκεψη μου στην Θεσσαλονίκη, πιθανότατα να επιλέξω το ίδιο ξενοδοχείο. Δεν βρίσκεται στο κέντρο αλλά πολύ κοντά σε αυτό με εύκολη πρόσβαση προς αυτό αλλά και από το ξενοδοχείο προς το κέντρο. Ήσυχο με άνετο δωμάτιο και καλό πρωινό. Δεν αντιμετώπισα κάποιο πρόβλημα ως προς την εξυπηρέτηση μου. Η καθαριότητα ήταν ικανοποιητική αλλά θα μπορούσε να είναι λίγο καλύτερα και συνολικά οι παροχές και η ποιότητα των υπηρεσιών κρίνεται ικανοποιητική.

Hotel is in a good location and reasonably priced. You will remember nothing about it. Parking is problematic though, you need to pay for it.
