Die Kaffeemaschine ist nicht der Brüller.

Personale cortese, cibo buono, posizione ottima. Avevo l'aereo tardi ma ho potuto usufruire di tutti i servizi, piscina, deposito, doccia... Ottimo rapporto qualità prezzo posizione.

I am extremely disappointed with this stay and feel completely misled. We booked and paid approximately €200 for a room in a hotel, expecting the accommodation and services that were advertised. However, upon arrival, we were informed that we would not be staying in the hotel at all, but instead in an apartment located elsewhere. What is most unacceptable is that nobody informed us about this change in advance. We were never contacted, asked for our consent, or offered any alternative options. Only after arriving did we learn that there were no rooms available in the hotel. This is not the guests’ responsibility and should have been communicated before our arrival. The apartment we were given was of a very poor standard and did not match our expectations in any way. It was not comparable to the hotel we had booked and certainly not worth the price we paid. We specifically chose this hotel because of its location, facilities, and level of comfort, yet we received something completely different. The lack of transparency and professionalism was extremely disappointing. Had we been informed in advance, we would have had the opportunity to cancel the reservation and find suitable accommodation elsewhere. Instead, we were presented with a situation that left us with no real choice. Paying €200 for accommodation that should never have been offered as a replacement for a hotel room is unacceptable. We feel deceived and very dissatisfied with the entire experience. Unfortunately, I cannot recommend this property to other travellers.
