Za nás musím říct že na mexico klobouk dolů. Příjemný personál ochotný vše opravdu velmi čisté úklizeno snídaně vydatné. Proto jsme se rozhodli že za 14dnu se vratime zpátky na 4dny dovolené. Velké poděkování hotelu a majiteli za to jak si vede hotel.

Vše se nám moc líbilo. Nemohu nic vytknout .

La alberca la atención de los empleados

Nunca nos pudimos comunicar para que no cancelaran la reservación desafortunadamente tuvimos contratiempos x el clima y la entrega del carro del servicio y la habitación de la primera noche nos cobraron más de lo que era la reservación porque nos habían cancelado además la habitación 610 olía a pues sudor muy desagradable nos tuvimos que quedar ahí x esa noche y a la siguiente nos cambiaron a la 619 un poco mejor una de las lámparas de la cabecera no funcionaba la chapa del baño se cayó yun contacto que está debajo de la pantalla no servía

La comodidad de la cama. La habitación fue totalmente silenciosa a pesar de que esta en una zona, muy concurrida

La habitación olía a humo de cigarro y aunque la reportamos, solo la aromatizaron . El área del desayuno es pequeña, para la demanda que tienen al menos cuando yo fui, no es suficiente.
