Bel Air Azur Resort - Adults Only

We stayed in room 104 through Christmas 2025 to New Year 2026. The hotel is clean, well maintained, very safe using security guards and cctv. The staff are excellent, they ask regularly for feedback regarding housekeeping and when going on excursions take details of who collects you etc. They are very friendly and accommodating. All Inclusive food and drinks were great, laundry very efficient and great value for money. Evening entertainment is of good standard but repeated weekly. Daily activities are Inclusive and fun. Special mentions, Ali from the Spa, Hamo from Animation and the restaurant staff all who made our stay unforgettable.

The rooms are clean and cozy, the location is near the city center so there are a lot of things you can do and the staff are very friendly

Very nice hotel, they handled an incident withe the room very well and prompt. The food and pool are amazing and also lots of activities.

We had a wonderful visit ! The resort is all inclusive and adults only which we loved for a girls trip. Breakfast, lunch, dinner, drinks (alcoholic too including mai tais) all included! Lots of entertainment each day and very friendly staff. And the heated pool is peeeeerrrrfect in January!

It was a delightful experience, the staff was really helpful and welcoming, facilities and food was great , special thanks to chef Hosny & chef Youssef, and for Hamo and Hassan from the entertainment team, they really made it a lovely holiday.

I am reviewing based on my own experience only. Yours maybe different. Having been to sharm many times this is my first visit to hurghada, hurghada itself is more "Egyptian" than sharm. Anyhow ny first advice is download the Uber app and use Uber..please make sure to check that it is your Uber driver as taxis will pretend to be your Uber taxi even show you a screenshot of a random Uber screen and charge you a fortune for example for us to go to the shopping mall (30 minutes trip) cost us equivalent of £3.50, the black and orange taxis we called the bees because of their colour and they try to sting you charge you €15 for same trip. Now for hotel, when we arrived we weren't given a welcome pack nor is there one in the rooms, the guests range from Germans dutch polish Russians and other east Europeans, English are few and far between so take euros with you not English money ( unlike sharm). I found it not as friendly as sharm by a long way. Rooms are basic and tired ( if you got yellow jaundice they would never find you). The trip companies are in a line as you come and go to restraunt so they can push their trips on you, overall I have tried it but it's back to sharm next time
