"Immediate action and enhancements"

I would like to thank the management of Bel Air Azure Hotel for their quick response and excellent service. They changed my room to another one, and the overall experience completely improved. Now there’s an animation show every day, and my stay has become much better than on the first day I arrived. Special thanks to the reception staff, Mr. Awad from guest relations, and Mr. Mohamed, the buffet manager. You truly changed my opinion about the hotel, and I really appreciate your efforts.

"Friendly place to be in!"

Great place, traditonal and friendly and many things to do or not(if you don't like). What ever you like. Staff is super friendly and helpful. Animation team is good, this year: Mario, Caro .... Enjoy.

"Dead on"

Hotel is great, food is lovely and rooms are clean. The only downside was we came as a couple and ended up with 2 single beds, whereas the solo traveller with us ended up with the double bed so just check that before you take your keys. Everything else was brilliant and staff are very friendly. Would come back again.

"Fantastic time didn't want to go home"

We had a fantastic time at the Bel Air Azur Resort. For the first time in Egypt, we are glad we stayed here. Hotel is fantastic, granted some bathrooms are slightly outdated in the hotel rooms, but they are very clean and have everything you need. They have a wide range of food with a different theme every night and the food was lovely. All staff from entertainment to security are so friendly and welcoming. Would definitely come back again.
