Overall hotel and staff were very friendly and helpful. Entertainment team were great and got the crowd involved. Each night had very different events and acts on stage.

Amazing experience here, hotel start was incredible always ready to help. The resort is breath taking, super beautiful with many activities to do and amazing food.

I want to thank you all people working in Bel Air Azur Resort. I spent there the best holiday ever. Even it was late November, the weather was excellent, 27 °C. In this resort, the swimming pool is heated and the sea is still warm. Thank you for caring from Mr. Peter Adel, Mr. Awad Sayed, and the whole reception. They fulfill all guess's requests. It is one of the best hotels in Hurghada, with great service, tasty food and nice animation team. This time I also tried health club - massage , but it didn't meet my expectations. I hope to meet all the staff soon. Thanks once more to Mr. Peter Adel.

Service has been great from all the staff, everyone is super happy and friendly. Would stay again. The panda entertainment team have also been super friendly & love to have a laugh. The buffet has been decent(although a picky eater have managed to find a meal to eat each night. Love the idea of the pizza chef in the pool are for the afternoon.

Very good entertainment, especially thanks to the animator Hamo. However, there are a few things the hotel needs to improve. The food is not very good, and the cocktails and food are quite disappointing for an all-inclusive. The best part of the hotel is definitely the staff — very friendly and always willing to help. They really need to improve the food and the drinks.

The food is exceptional the catering team do an amazing job serving up a fantastic selection of quality food. The rooms are clean but dated decor and bathrooms need attention. By far the biggest let down is the pool team who allow sun beds to be reserved with a towel amazing how tipping enabled a hotel rule to be broken! Many reviews also point this out. The sun beds are mostly in shade and in demand it’s unfair for guests wanting a sun bed when they’ve been reserved! Despite this issue being raised in a number of reviews the hotel management have failed to rectify this.
