Hair dryer didn't work, water in bathroom didn't really get hot for a shower, no coffee machine in room. Although there was a microwave and fridge in the room, don't really know if they worked.

No ice machine

the experience her was nice like the rooms were really clean we stayed in the jacuzzi suite and it was a great walking distance from our car to the room. only complaint i would have is the actual jets in the jacuzzi didn’t work which was a bit sad but at least the little disco ball on top made up for it

Terrible Experience – Poor Front Desk Service I stayed at this hotel and had an awful experience. Around 12:30 AM, a loud fight broke out on the top floor—crying, shouting, and banging noises that lasted for about an hour. It was unsettling and made it impossible to rest, especially since I had to drive the next morning. I called the front desk, but they assured me nothing was wrong, even though I could hear the noise clearly from my room. I even recorded a video as proof. Their dismissive attitude made me feel both frustrated and unsafe. The next morning, I brought it up to the day shift staff, only to find out that the night shift had not even logged a report. The staff said they would check the cameras, but no real action was taken, and no compensation was offered. I understand that disruptive guests are not entirely the hotel’s fault, but how the situation was handled was unacceptable. The night staff ignored a legitimate issue, and the hotel did nothing to make it right. If you’re looking for a place where management actually cares about guest comfort and safety, I’d recommend staying elsewhere.
