Prama Sanur Beach Bali

Loved the pool it was huge!!!!

The gym was only open from 7-7pm was way too late considering most people are up way earlier because of our time difference bother hotels are way more flexible or even have it 24 hours

This was our third stay at this hotel. Love the beachside location, clean beaches, huge pool, walkway promenade for cycles and pedestrians, we walked from the hotel to the Sanur Icon. Good breakfast, lots of choice, friendly efficient staff. Good amenities for kids though this did not apply to us. The Basilico restaurant was excelllent, and the bar & beach restaurant in the evening. We also appreciated the library facility although 99 % of the donated books were in German & Dutch. Check in staff were friendly and efficient. We booked for a celebration occasion and the hotel went out of their way to accommodate this. Another feature we appreciated were the usb charge points either side of the bed.

A few of the bath towels were thick and white, but sadly most of the time we were given old towels that were very grey and tired. And unsurprisingly, the inevitable search for vacant pool loungers, as always affected by the folks who place towels on seats and disappear for hours. A policy of if not occupied within half an hour, towels should be removed by staff might help, though we appreciate this is tricky for staff to manage.

Have stayed here many times. Great location in quieter part of SANUR but still close to lots of shops and restaurants. Situated on the beach with fabulous pools and dining options.
