"Preis-Leistung ist hervorragend"

Es war bereits mein zweites Mal im Arena am Zoo und es ist einfach für den Preis eine hervorragende Leistung. Mit der Nähe zu den Supermärkten, Restaurants (die auch spät noch offen haben) und der U- und S-Bahn sowie der Straßenbahn Station ist man immer mobil. Der Check-In erfolgt digital, daher kann es dort unmöglich zu Komplikationen kommen, wenn man zum Anreisetag erscheint. Der Telefon Support ist immer gut zu erreichen.

Die Türen ruckeln wenn im Flur sich jemand bewegt oder andere Türen schließt.

comodidad dela cama ubicacion

no hay personal todo es por computador o por telefono problemas con el check in no hay recepcion no hay cocina, ni zonas comunes la tv no funcionaba hicieron aseo de pieza pero no de baño

La posizione e la pulizia

Check in estremamente difficoltoso, la macchina non riconosceva la nostra prenotazione, l' assistente al telefono prima ci ha fornito una chiave di metallo che apriva solo il portone, poi abbiamo impiegato più di un' ora per avere la chiave della nostra stanza. Numerosi clienti nella nostra stessa situazione. Camera piccola, molto calda, senza aria condizionata.
