Clean, spacious room. Great dinner and breakfast even though the restaurant was being remodelled. Friendly staff. Great location- steps from check in at the airport. Highly recommend.

"Expensive but Works well for short airport related stays. Lacks ambience at present given the renovations."

"Great Place for Shannon Airport & Kerry Camino-Dingle Way"

My two friends and I were doing the Kerry Camino/Dingle Way. This was an excellent starting and ending location due to it’s proximity to Shannon Airport. You can walk to/from the airport through the hotel parking lot. Only a 2 hour car ride to Tralee - starting point of the Kerry Camino and/or the Dingle Way hike.

"Very convenient location enabling us to drop rental car and walk to airport - though im glad it wasn’t raining !"

We got a lovely warm welcome on reception and were told there were free pastries available in advance of our early morning flight.

It’s a bit tired. The bathroom door stuck a bit. The 3 bar / restaurant staff appeared stressed and overwhelmed by customers - we were hustled to the bar after our meal where the bar tender seemed irritated.
