"Terrible disrespectful staff who couldn’t be bothered to wake up to do there job."

Bathrooms were nice

The disrespectful overnight staff who was hateful to me because he had to buzz me in because I woke him from his nap. Had to wake him up for a new key also was hateful for waking him up for a second time was sloppy presented with a foul attitude while sleeping curled up with a heating pad and mad to have to do his job.
