We were greeted by one of the staff and was allowed to check in 30 mon prior. Safe, quiet and clean.

While the room is small, it is clean and has a great atmosphere. The fire place doesn't work because of a broken electrical igniter.

Quaint and clean, but not really anywhere to sit inside the room other than the bed.

Needed more seating in the room, there were lots of places to go sit outside the room but we had a couple days of rain.

Location and value

Not very maintained. Hot water faucet in shower didn't work

The maid Rosie did a great job and she worked quickly to contact us about an item that we forgot in the room

Bed was foam and seemed to be OK!

Clean. Quiet. Location is away from everything but also close by everything. Would stay again.

This is a nice little place. It has a cabin feel and is clean. Parking our car was easy. The location is a bit of a walk to dining etc. but not a long drive. The room is smallish with a nice king be and we had a small kitchen which was a plus. The things that were not ideal was that the ceiling fan was a bit noisy and the outside lighting came in through the window. I thought it was unusual that there were no staff present and everything was handled on line when checking in. No different than other single home lodging sites, it worked just fine, but was surprising to have this at a multi unit place. Overall a nice comfortable place and apparently close to Heavenly ski resort (if you’re a skier). I would definitely stay here again and do recommend it.
