Portofino Inn Burbank

Really. Comfortable and clean and it was so quiet, I couldn't believe it

The room was super clean, bed was comfortable, and the staff was amazing, the receptionist made us feel at home :)

Location was perfect for visiting local theme parks and concert venues, room was clean and beds were comfortable.

Nothing, everything was good.

Mike, who checked me in, was very friendly and communicative, giving me good advice on places to eat within walking distance. The place is obviously of 1960s vintage and while the furniture in my room was showing some wear, my space was very neat and clean as was the lobby. Good choices at the free breakfast bar. It would be nice if the adjacent Franks's cafe was open for business but I think they are doing better renting it out as a location for TV shows, movies and commercials, there are photos all over the lobby showing what productions have used it which is fun to see.

Omg Alfredo was amazing, very friendly and very knowledgeable about what was around

I thought that the bed would be softer and maybe some waffles in the morning for breakfast no coffee in the room other than that it was cool

Great front desk service. Property well maintained. Safe.
