Portofino Inn Burbank

Der Check-in war super schnell, unkompliziert und rundum sehr sympathisch. Der komplette Innenhof (wo man sein Auto direkt vor dem Zimmer abstellen kann) ist Videoüberwacht. Auch die nähere Umgebung/Nachbarschaft ist sehr ruhig und man fühlt sich wohl. Alle Mitarbeiter waren extrem freundlich. Das Gebäude ist kein Neubau, allerdings sehr gepflegt. Grundsätzlich ein typisch klassisches amerikanisches Motel - hier macht mein grundsätzlich nichts falsch.

Great location. Friendly and easy check in. Room was clean, comfortable and spacious.

The property was clean, but it was not in a good area. Once I arrived at the hotel, had I not paid in advance and it wasn’t refundable, I would’ve left and found another hotel.

The room was clean however it was not updated, furnishings were old, the air conditioner did not properly cool the room and it was hot throughout the night, we wanted to call the front desk and complained or see if we could switch rooms, but the phone did not even have a cord to even connect to the wall. So if I needed something, I would’ve had to go back to the front office instead of call them.

Perfecte en functionele plek om te landen na lange vlucht. Grote kamers voor ons gezin (5p). De eigenaar heeft ons gratis fietsen uitgeleend en tips voor de buurt gegeven! Echt een leuk tochtje door Burbank gemaakt. Voor liefhebbers van film: het erbij horende Frank’s Diner is een decor voor vele films geweest. Echt een klassieke ‘diner’ die de vriendelijke eigenaar je graag laat zien. Parkeren is top.

Ongezellige kamers, motel-stijl.

El personal muy amable y atentos, tuvimos un pequeño problema con la habitación al llegar y rápidamente lo solucionaron. El desayuno aunque es muy sencillo cumple para no ir con el estómago vacio a los parques. Es una opción sencilla pero muy buena en relación calidad precio. La recomiendo.

Dusty, furniture is not maintain, faucets does not function. It seems faucet has not been used for years. The floor carpet stinks. Pillows are too soft being over used.
