There was no hot water for bathing. Please check, but you didn't. The hallways had a bad smell. The building was closed for the city. Outside the building, it's dirty. I don't recommend it.

Hotel room was NOT HC accessible,nor was bathroom. Staff at desk refused to get the shower bench for me, which I knew they.had (because they purchased it for me in Jan, 2025, and the day Ichecked out the availability of that bench was confirmed by the head housekeeper who told the manager where it was). They refused me extra towels and an extra chair, furniture vblockee HC access to tge bed and I had to tu4n sideways with my walker to get past it. Manager refused to mice it the next day until I raised the threat of a lawsuit. Both sets of electrical outlets next to the microwave and fridge were oveloaded with too many things plugged ibto cube taps, including the 2 appliances. There was something gritty on the sheets when ai arrived, which they refused to change, slo I just shook the grit off the bottom sheet and went to bed--I was too exhausted to argue. Sheets were not changed the next day either, although I requested it. There were no visible signs of bedbugs, but some came home with me from my 2 nights there. Manager refused any compensation for problems, Choice hotels refused any refund, and Booking.com refusee any compensation. Each entity said compensation was the responsibility of the others. The inaccessible room was one I had stayed in earlier in the year, I had pointed out the problems with not meeting ADA requirements and assumed they had been corrected. I was wrong. Few enployees spoke English, and they were the most polite and helpful. The front desk manager on the 5th and 6th was not only uncooperative, but rude and bullying. He was the one who refused to get the shower bench out for me, lied, and said it had been stollen. It was in a storage room per the helpfull head housekeeper, but by that time I was checking out. I had to use my own toilet riser and small shower stool (meant for a walk in shower, not a tub shower the fisrt morning, but did not shower on the 2nd morning because it was not safe to use in the tub and I didn't wantto fall).

It’s a shame it’s stinks of smoke it’s a shelter the people never leave the gym stank nothing work at all the pool is out of commission it’s just a whole lie idk why I was itching probably bed bugs
