Quality Inn & Suites Elizabethtown

They didn’t have good room service as far as getting fresh sheets, towels, and wash cloths. Doors could be propped open so it wasn’t safe. Exit doors out of order. The Ac units outdated. The carpet was dirty. They didn’t have enough staff to come get trash. No one would answer the phone for room service so I had to walk all the way around to the front to the lobby to get help.

The hotel sits 40 ft behind a BP station. Parking is hard. The outside of the hotel is weedy. When we checked into our room is smelled so musty and moldy that we decided to go somewhere else to stay.

This is a much older hotel. The first thing that concerned me was the amount of random men just hanging out in the hallways and around the sidewalk area. All day and all night. I had my children with me and made me feel uneasy. The shower in our room was tiny and the shower head was at my chest and I'm 5'7. They charged both me and my spouse an individual $75 on our cards for incidentals for both of the rooms for reserved. When we called they said it would take a few days to return to our cards.

First, let me say that breakfast was good and that front desk personnel were helpful and friendly. Physically, the hotel is rundown, especially in my room furniture was damaged. The table barely stood. There was duct tape on the refrigerator doors. The bathroom vent was clogged with dust. On the plus side The sheets were clean the sink and bathtub were clean.
