Llegué a ese hotel porque es uno de los pocos que son pet friendly en Tuxtla pero deja mucho que desear. Falta mucha limpieza y el mobiliario muy desgastado, viejo. Las caminadoras del gym ya dando las últimas

Aceptan mascotas pero de muy mala gana, la primera habitación que nos dieron era terrible y después de reclamar nos cambiaron a una un poco mejor. Lo peor es que me cobraron $900 MXN extra por noche, que equivale al costo de otra habitación, un costo que no estaba detallado en ninguna parte de la información que vi antes de reservar; además mi mascota es un animal de servicio y no lo tomaron en cuenta. En suma son NOT pet FRIENDLY.
