Please note that there is a 1.5% surcharge when you pay with a credit card at the hotel’s reception desk. Drift Palm Cove has a strict non-smoking policy. Concrete works will begin in the first week of March 2026 and will go on for 12-15 weeks (weather dependent). This will involve scaffolding and the temporary closure of some balconies in line with Work Health and Safety requirements. Work will start each day from 7:30 am. Concrete works will commence 25/02/26Please inform of your expected arrival time in advance. You can use the Special Requests box when booking, or contact the property directly using the contact details in your confirmation. Guests are required to show a photo ID and credit card upon check-in. Please note that all Special Requests are subject to availability and additional charges may apply. A deposit may be required at the property.

Celebrated my birthday here and honestly couldn’t have chosen a better place to stay! The hotel is in a beautiful location - right by the beach and within easy walking distance of great restaurants. A special thank you to Fiona at reception, who was absolutely wonderful. She made me feel so welcome and truly goes above and beyond for guests. Thank you for making my birthday stay so special! ✨

"Off season stay"

Location, spacious apartment and the spa were great in off season. They are also generous with hygiene things.

The AC runs on 22 degrees, which is fine during season, but we were cold during night even with a turned off AC. Would be nice to give couple of more blankets.

"Nice experience and very close to the main key restaurants in Palm Cove"

The staff was very accommodating when I experienced excessive noise at 8am in the morning due to maintenance works outside. They moved me to the other side of the complex and I was very appreciative of this. Thank you to the lovely lady at reception

If you are undergoing maintenance works, then might be best to decrease the costs or otherwise do not put people in the rooms and it was not very ideal for when you are on holiday and wanting to sleep in and relax. It would also be nice for the apartment/unit to provide internet and pay tv use
