Our stay was fairly decent. Everyone that works at the hotel is amazing! Friendly, welcoming and overall very nice. The room however was less than ideal. Not super clean, bathroom had sort of a musty smell to it. Again no the cleanest. $15 for the breakfast buffet I thought was kind of an outrage. Specially since most of their food items where around $9 dollars and way more appetizing than what they offer on the buffet

The hotel is exceptionally convenient for patients at Albany Medical Center. My wife was a patient and could walk directly into the hospital via covered walkway. The food in the hotel restaurants was very good and inexpensive. Only complaint was the room air conditioning which was not working properly.

"Once you find the entrance …your good to go"

I know it's difficult to get parking when you check into a hotel but we drove around several times to find the entrance. Finally went to the desk (you also have to walk up a flight of stairs to get there ) or elevator and the desk clerk gave me a map. Finally checked into the hotel. Hotel is right next to the hospital so it's a pretty busy place. There is a bar/restaurant attached to the hotel. Otherwise didn't seem to be much in walking distance but we also didn't venture out

Clean and comfortable hotel. A bit dated. Staff was okay. Manager still charged us for a night when we couldn't get there due to weather and cancelled flights despite notification ASAP. Did comp us breakfast which was nice. Breakfast seemed understaffed.

A perfect ‘home away from home’ for those who want to stay close to a loved one in the AMC hospital. Breakfast was a step up from the usual garden inn, but you pay extra for it. Reserving through Expedia made it super affordable!
