Lotus Blanc Resort

We stayed for 7 happy nights at the Lotus Blanc. The staff were so helpful and kind. The staff on reception and especially Butan (sorry I'm sure that’s not spelt correctly) who helped to track down our missing luggage (it got left in Bangkok!) He also organized our tours, nothing was too much trouble for him, I’m only sorry we didn’t see him in person to say thank you and good bye. The bar staff at the pool bar were lovely where service always came with a smile. Cambodia is a beautiful country where you are welcomed by all from the Tuk tuk drivers to the people on the streets and in the restaurants. All in all a lovely hotel which we recommend to others.👍👍😊

We stayed at lotus blanc for 3 nights and wish it were longer , lovely peaceful hotel pristinely clean beautiful garden and pool , food delicious and varied. Happy hours in another section with variety of tapas type and full menu available. Outside temples easily accessible by tuktuk or taxi. Went to museum and to an aspara dinner show arranged by our guide from llama travel very good value a 4 course meal and beautiful dancing. Hotel Tuk tuk service was fantastic. Highly recommended

The attention of the whole team, especially Neang very friendly! Incredible breakfast, it has everything, very spacious and clean rooms! Without a doubt we would return Pd: It was my birthday and they surprised me with this and a cake in the room!

Even better, Lotus Blanc goes far beyond typical hospitality by organizing fully personalized tours tailored to exactly what you want to experience. During my stay, the team arranged: A breathtaking exploration of the Angkor Wat temple complex A visit to the floating villages A lively evening at the night markets An unforgettable Apsara traditional dance performance with dinner A spiritually grounding day trip to Kulen National Park and its waterfalls And, in a gesture that meant a great deal to me, they even arranged a photo shoot in traditional dress at the temples—a dream experience that was flawlessly coordinated. This was my second stay at Lotus Blanc Resort, and each time I leave, I feel like I’m saying goodbye to family. This property is more than a place to stay; it is a sanctuary of comfort, luxury, cultural immersion, and heartfelt hospitality. The property is beautifully maintained, with serene surroundings and elegant interiors. The staff were incredibly warm, attentive, and always ready to help with a smile. The rooms were spacious, clean, and very comfortable. The breakfast buffet offered a great variety of delicious options. The pool area was peaceful and perfect for relaxing after exploring Siem Reap. Overall, a wonderful stay — highly recommended!

I can only echo the other rave reviews. The outstanding service began with our emails after booking. All of my inquiries were promptly and helpfully answered. The arranged pick up was waiting for us. The driver was very informative as to the sights before getting to the hotel. Room: Very spacious and comfortable with full amenities. I highly recommend the Landmark rooms. Food: Outstanding and VERY reasonably priced. Breakfast buffet was extensive. Dinners were delicious. Staff: And here is where they especially shine—so nice, friendly and helpful. I especially appreciated that desk staff reminded that I had booked a room rate that included Angkor Wat tour— so the sunrise tour was only had an additional $20. I had been quoted $125, because I had failed to inform the tour desk of my room rate. Quite frankly I probably never would known if the desk clerk had not seen my oversight. That was typical of the service. Angkor Wat tour. Our tour guide was fantastic. So knowledgeable. And best of all, we met him at 4:30 am (absolutely do this)—when went to the best photo op spot. After touring Angkor Wat, we returned to the hotel for breakfast and then back out for three more temple sites. A huge perk was that the guide knew all the best photo op sites to take pictures of us. In summary, Angkor Wat is a must do and best place to stay is Lotus Blanc.

The most wondrous hotel! Luxurious and stunning surroundings, Perfect location for sightseeing. We stayed bed and breakfast and breakfast was amazing with so much choice. The staff are super friendly and accommodating! I would thoroughly recommend this hotel and have had the best five days of my life staying here!

Very nice looking hotel however lots of standing water so lots of bugs. Please note there are two lobbies which caused a little confusion with our pick ups. Staff are attentive, sometimes feeling like they are hovering around. The barbecue night was good with very good live music. The room felt a little small and notably there was only one chair on the balcony. However there are lots of facilities on site including ATM machines and chilled water. The pool was a nice temperature and there were options for shade. It’s in a good location just a short distance from the temples.

We had a wonderful time at this hotel . The hotel is beautiful and the staff were so friendly and especially Kim . Kim was so attentive and made us feel very special . . I would recommend staying there .

I thoroughly enjoyed my stay at Lotus Blanc. The resort is lovely, the room was spacious and comfortable and the staff was amazing. I loved drinks reading by the pool in the afternoons after exploring Angkor Wat. And was surprised by the delicious cocktails, great service and well-priced menu at Siso restaurant and Bar. The breakfast buffet was also good and served something for everyone. And if you have an early tour to see sunrise at Angkor Wat, they can send a breakfast bag to go. Much appreciated!!! I would definitely stay there again and have already recommended to others.
