La localisation La clim Le buffet du petit dej et son personnel au petit soin, surtout la dame

La chambre et la salle de bain n’étaient pas très propres. Beaucoup de calcaire dans la salle de bain, et les draps étaient sales, on les a fait changer. Très compliqué d’obtenir une 2e carte d’accès à la chambre. Il y avait souvent une même personne à l’accueil qui n’était pas du tout aimable.

Great breakfast!

We had an issue with our bath towels - the trim service took it and didn't leave a fresh one and no one at the hotel, including the front desk and managers, had the necessary key to access the storage with clean towels
