-salle de bain propre mais un peu vieillotte et mérite une rénovation. -un effort sur le petit déjeuner car peu varié.

Extremely good value comfortable hotel . Only stayed one night as we were on our way home. Would have been happy to stay longer. Delicious tapas in the bar/restaurant attached to the hotel.

Das Personal war eine reine Katastrophe. An der Empfang wird mann nicht begrüsst, nicht angelächelt, nichts, mann wir wie ein Tier behandelt, rrespektlos und mann wir nicht als kunde sondern als ein feind geschaut.

We managed to find on street parking outside at an additional 30MAD payable to a parking attendant (not connected to the hotel). Upon entering, we were greeted warmly and advised that we'd been upgraded to a junior suite. The Caspien has 2 restaurants on site however we chose to eat in one of the many alternatives in the neighborhood. Breakfast however was plentiful and very tasty! The staff, without exception were incredibly friendly and proficient in their roles. A great choice for a stop over and not a million miles (20 minutes) to walk to the Medina either.

We were not advised of the building work going on directly above the junior suite. Had we been staying longer than a night we would have asked for a different room with less noise disturbance.
