Intercontinental Shenzhen Dameisha Resort by IHG

Club Intercontinental was nice and private compared to the much busier main Intercontinental next door. The room was nice and the ease to enjoy the resort was great too.

The airconditioning in the rooms don't go below 24 degrees at the very best so room felt a bit warm for me. When requesting the airconditioning to be made colder we were told that was a perfectly comfortable temperature. So the rooms were very warm for sleeping. Very small food offering. Breakfast buffet was small (I imagine it's much bigger at the main Intercontinental), lunch offering very limited and can't order dishes such as a simple club sandwich from the in room dining menu at the restaurant. Club Lounge was easy with enough options but would be nice if they mixed it up a bit between each day- a lot was just the same as what was offered at the breakfast buffet. The outdoor infinity pool is great looking but sadly not heated so as the weather gets cooler, it's not a pool you can just relax in for hours- a quick, cold dip and then back out.

Просторные качественные номера, свежий ремонт, уютный интерьер, необычные ванные комнаты с 2мя входами, и в стекле, удобно настроить использование по желанию. Жалюзи везде опускаются в ванной, чтоб не видно было происходящее. Удобные кровати и подушки. Шикарные завтраки, но еще более шикарные ужины, изобилие фантастическое - очень много свежей рыбы, моллюсков, и прочих морепродуктов и суши на ужин, в основном ресторане где проходит завтрак. Так же несчетное количество блюд из уток-гусей-поросят и разного местного колорита. Отель расположен в курортном квартале, можно пойти пройтись вне территории погулять есть куда. На такси до центра Шеньжень в пределах 30 мин, быстро и удобно. Персонал на Английском крайне слабо понимает, буквально единицы людей, но общая доброжелательность и готовность помочь , а также переводчик решает все проблемы. В бассейнах не плавали, но с этим все прилично, выглядит хорошо, до моря 5 шагов от отеля, пляж - шикарный песок, с небольшим вкраплением камней из океана, иногда попадаются что-то типа кирпича, или куска бетона, видимо когда то были стройки в округе, и что то попало в море, но персонал отеля ходит, и постоянно это собирает когда выносит камни из воды. При выходе из моря много пресных душей стоит, ополоснуться.

Берут зачем то приличного размера депозит при заселении 2000 юаней, но потом его возвращают на карту. Но процедура несколько дней - до 7 говорят. Хотя из него можно оплачивать ужины как оказалось, так что это вроде и не проблема.

位置很好，每个房间都是海景房。房间舒适。

性价比不算高，另外，早上感觉有噪音。

The views of the family room were amazing, it seems as if you are on a ship cruise. The pools are really convenient for kids and for adults, very easy and convnient to order food and beverages in the bar. I also liked the chill out area at the beach. The reaurants were really good, the children kids playground is nice and there are 2 different ones. The beach is private, its clean and conveniente to play and swim. We went during the week in september and no holidays because school had already startedm, and was amazing cause very few people were hosted at the hotel and we could really enjoy peace and family time.

I would change is the kids bunkbed mattress which is absolutely hard, should be a bit softer. It would be also funnier for the kids to open the pool slides more hours during the day, cause they are only open 1 hour in the morning and 1-2 hours in the afternoon. I found very expensive the playing floaties in the pool, around 10 dollars for 1 hour, you also need to pay for the children train and the children carrousel. We paid a lot for the family room stay, these kind of services should be included and free of charges for the guests at the hotel.

Месторасположение, чистота, вид из номера на море.

Пляж отеля не огорожен, он общественный. С лежака могут забрать твое полотенце и другой человек может занять твой лежак. В переписке с отелем дополнительная кровать стоила 500 юаней за все время пребывания, но с меня взяли по 500 юаней за каждую ночь. Поддержка на букинге не ответила на мою претензию.
