Americas Best Value Inn and Suites Siloam Springs

The stay itself was fine but the "owner/manager" was a very rude little chump who likes to talk down to ppl especially women and treat them poorly. My partner left something very personal to her by mistake and we called the same day to see if we could retrieve the item and the little male got mad and would not even attempted to find it and hold it for us to come pick it up. While the regular staff was and is very accommodating and do their best. The so-called owner manager needs to be shown you don't treat customers poorly/rudely.

When I first arrived the lady seemed annoyed I was here to check in and stayed on her personal phone the im entire time of check in when I got into my room you could definitely tell they were remodeling and when I was getting ready to take a shower I grabbed the shower bar and almost fell out because it was just laid in giant holes to look like it was in place and on top of that I noticed mattresses outside so I assumed they got new ones and when I went to get into the bed I noticed something and it was bed bugs which I see they are replacing stuff to get rid of them but you have to replace EVERYTHING not just one mattress. Then when I went to leave the next day I had my dog get into my car and they were mad and said I did not tell them I had a dog when I clearly told her at check in I had a dog because it said on the window to let them know but she was so busy in the phone she didn’t pay me any attention and charged me double for my dog and didn’t give me my full refund back all in all I would not recommend
