Hotel Santa Lucia

Not often I feel compelled to comment on my accomadations but the Hotel Santa Lucia was a very comfortable place with a comfortable bed, with pretty ceramics through the bathroom. The service was very good at the reception desk. The breakfast was excellent and spacious. A very good dinner menu with a fabulous choice of wines.

The hotel, the rooms and the location are really lovely. Staying in Minori is a grear base to visit the Amalfi Coast without all the over tourism.

The parking in the hotel is a bit complicated since you need to leave the keys of your car. So if you need to leave stuff in your car is uncomfortable, plus obviously you dont know how your car is being treated. Fortunately it was all fine but it was still stressful for us.

I stayed here for 2 weeks on a Tui holiday package with room and half board. I love this family run hotel. I was last here 2 years ago and they still remembered me. Rooms are small but well equipped with safe, fridge, hair dryer, kettle, coffee, tea bags etc. Buffet breakfast and dinner every day was excellent. I had a balcony room overlooking the main street. It can get quite noisy with traffic but it is fun to watch all the people going by. In the evening, the traffic noise dies down and the balcony doors insulates the sound very well. I had no problem sleeping! I prefer staying in Minori rather than Maiori or Amalfi. Much quieter and less hectic. You can easily catch ferries up or down the coast . There is also a ferry to Capri. Bus stop is just feet away from the hotel.

Wonderful experience with our children from check in to check out they were very accommodating and it was great to stay here versus Amalfi or Positiano

If you want to time travel, then this is for you as it takes you straight back to the 1990's. Perfectly clean, comfortable bed, aircon works as expected, breakfast is good for being included and great location for your visit. Just a pity that the owner/manager lacks a heart and still charged me for the second room I had booked for friends who due to medical reason could not fly. the receptionist did ask but a very curt not pay for both rooms even though only my wife and I turned up and they charged for an empty room. I appreciate that the cancellation period had passed and the hotel was within its rights but the hotel was empty so grab the money was the attitude. Never mind won't stay again which is a shame as it's a decent time warp back to careless period of life

Adorable hotel. Beautifully decorated. It's pretty crazy getting around on the Amalfi coast, but the staff were so patient and helpful, they made everything a breeze. The room was exquisite. The bathroom was roomy-- which is unlike most European hotels. The towels, the linens, the pillows were fantastic! We could walk everywhere. You're literally a block from the water. Make sure you rent a small car. The breakfast was excellent!!!
