Best Western Plus Royal Superga Hotel

The staff in reception were very kind and helpful when I arrived and continued to go above & beyond even after I checked out. Because my checked bag was delayed, I need to return to the hotel several times to check on the bag. When it was continually delayed, the staff went out of their way to help and spoke to the airline on my behalf to try and clarify the situation. The location is excellent too. Park the car in the secure lot and enjoy Cuneo in a carefree manner. Many excellent restaurants and sites to see nearby.

Friendly reception and good value for the location. Rooms are clean but hotel is rather sterile.

Cuneo, Piemonte is a small town city, everyone knows each other. Some do not lock bikes! Safe, friendly, nice place to visit. Good food and wine. Many towns within a train ride away.

Hotel is well located in Nice, is clean and comfortable

Close to the main piazza and to the produce market, the hotel is well positioned and easy to find. The staff bend over backwards to be helpful and it's nice to have some hotel parking albeit at a moderate charge. The wifi is free and works okay but sometimes slowly. Breakfast was copious and varied.

Visited Cuneo to see the famous market on Tuesdays. Vegetable market is right opposite the hotel entrance and the street market starts there too. Main situation for the market is the nearby main square and the Vis Roma.

Spent one evening in this hotel. Rapport price/quality was outstanding. Ideally situated in the centre of Cuneo, rooms spotless and large, breakfast copious and varied. Staff more than helpful. More than highly recommend!

We couldn't have asked for a more pleasant stay. From the moment we checked in nothing was too much trouble. We were given great advice about parking (the market is just outside the hotel on Tuesday morning) and lots of information about things to do in the surrounding area. The breakfast was fantastic and the bed very comfortable. We will definitely return!

We stayed in standard rooms and they were comfortable and spacious (except room 219 which was smaller). Our friends stayed in a deluxe type room and it had been freshly upgraded - worth the extra £ for the extra comfort. The staff were very friendly and at hand ready to help. The breakfast was plentiful and varied. A great hotel from which to visit the region and ski in Limone Piemonte.

A nice friendly hotel right in the centre of town. We would stay here again.
