The area hotel is located is not a nice area. A street close by is very dangerous and should be avoided.

Freundliches Personal und saubere Unterkunft.

Bei der online Buchung ist mir ein Fehler unterlaufen. Ich wollte einen zusätzlichen Tag buchen für damals 119€ die Nacht. Also habe ich die Folge online gefolgt was ich machen musste. Mein Ziel war es zwei Nächte a119€ ohne Frühstück zu buchen. Das Resultat war das meine zwei Nächte mit Frühstück waren und der Preis auf auf weit über 300€ ging. Darüber war ich nicht sehr glücklich . Beim einchecken habe ich mit der Dame nochmals darüber gesprochen und sie sagte mir das es in Hamburg so ist dass die Preise mal hoch gehen oder auch nicht. Da ein stornieren dann auch nicht mehr möglich war, mussten wir in den sauren Apfel beißen und bezahlen. Das fanden wir sehr traurig. Würden sonst bestimmt wieder kommen.
