Everything was great,one of there newer rooms that was handicap ♿️, roomy ,couldn't ask for more!!

No problems with anything,all good!

The bed

No bath tub matt a family member took a fall in the tub and is bruised up on the back should get the money back if I could for last night

I did not eat breakfast. I checked in late and left early as I was here with my family as my dad was placed on hospice.

I asked for a hospital rate and was told no because I booked online. My brother stayed at the next hotel down, booked online and was still given hospital rate. Do better.

We booked one night two rooms on 4/2/2026 via the Booking. com. When we arrived this hotel, the owner told us, if we want to stay one night, we have to pay one room due to the Booking.com only paid this hotel one room one night. We asked the owner to provide the evidence which Booking.com short paid. When we check out, he refuse to provide the proof for short pay. We contract Booking.com, they asked us to provide double payment evidence. We provided it and followed up many times with the Booking.com but no response. We tried to have a fair adjudication for this issue. Await both parties’ response.

There were some crumbs or something on the cooling/heating unit.

Pet friendly

As we first walked into the room we noticed trash left on the floor. There was literal poop on the bathroom wall, towels were dingy and soiled. Bed frame was broken, almost sliced my food on a sharp bar coming from the side of the bed. Tv would not work. Lamp shades had stains and possible blood drops? Worst hotel room I have ever stayed in.
