"Human feces!"

We stayed 6 days 5 nights. There was layers of dust on the walls and on the vents. The pool was murky and my daughter said it was like swimming in chemicals. Expensive water and snacks. The worst was walking into the ladies room on the lobby floor and seeing human feces spread all over the floor. Because that was so awful to see (never saw anything like that and I'm a mother of three!) I asked to remove the pet fee. The manager said that the mess was "out of their control" and if he gave me a discount he would have to give it to everyone. Which is ridiculous because they are in charge of keeping everything clean!

Great area and cleanliness, great staff. Variety of Breakfast options are not what they use to be. Previous stays, the Breakfast options were amazing. Now, not so much, definitely need to make better changes to Breakfast options.

"adult family getaway"

Traveled with the family for a weekend getaway - five adults total. 2bedrm suite had more than enough room and all the amenities. Full kitchen was great. Very clean. Wifi was fast. Breakfast was surprisingly good with a few upgrades. Beds were comfy for all our backs. Quiet. A bit expensive but actually cheaper than an airbnb. Definitely doing this again at this location.

The room was large enough with a full sized refrigerator, stovetop, microwave, sink and dishwasher. There were enough dishes and utensils. The bed was comfortable and the bathroom was excellent. The provided breakfast was very good and the outside area was perfect for sitting by the fire, swimming or sitting in the hot tub!
