"Good Welcome by Front Desk Staff"

Excellent. When I arrived the desk attendant read off my reservation comments or requests. Said she had one available room on 3rd floor or I could wait for fourth floor. Very reassuring. Very professional.

Charged me more than Travelocity pre booked price. Hot tub didn't work. Room was great, breakfast delicious. Staff was very nice.

It was very disappointing to walk into the room and see a large stain on the couch. It seemed like the front desk needed another employee as the person was answering multiple phone calls, checking guests in, and explaining the amenities. The workout facility had no cleaner or towels. Bed was comfy.

Very nice hotel with comfortable beds and spacious rooms. Unfortunately, the breakfast situation was too slow for people with flights to catch. It is understandable that the breakfast procedures are adjusted for COVID, but there should have been more than one person staffing the breakfast station. Overall though, a nice place to stay.
