Residence Inn Bozeman

Our family stayed at this place twice, coming and going from a Bozeman. Convenient to both downtown and the airport.

Stayed three nights while visiting friends and Yellowstone National Park. Hotel is easy off the interstate, but still only 10-15 minutes from downtown. We were upgraded to a two bedroom suite which was great . (Platinum member) Everyone was very pleasant and accommodating with one exception. the last day at breakfast which was to b e served until 9:00 . We arrived at 8:35 and the only hot items left were a few waffle sticks and few pieces of sausage. The other two not egg dishes were completely empty. When I asked the lady working if she was going to refill the empty dishes she said no. She also promptly closed the doors to breakfast at 8:55!! This is not acceptable. The other two mornings there was plenty to eat and workers were very polite and accommodating. The property has once amenities such as laundry, fitness room outdoor fire pits, snack market and indoor pool. We enjoyed our stay here except for the rude breakfast worker. We would definitely return. Very convenient for drive to Yellowstone and other scenic drives around Bozeman.

We had the two bedroom suite with the shared space in between. This room worked very well for our stay and was clean. The beds were comfortable. However, the hot tub was not working during our stay and the breakfast left quite a bit to be desired (food did not taste very good and little things were just not taken care of, such as the juice machine being out and no silverware available). I rated 3 stars as this was an average value for the price we paid.

We had to cancel our stay because all of the amenities we wanted were not working. The room wasn’t available until 2 hours after check in.

The beds were to small for two adults to sleep comfortably. The pullout was two small for two people. We could not connect to wifi. We had to adjust the toilet, because the float was stuck.

We booked for one night at the end of our trip before we flew back home. Great location with food, Target, etc nearby. The hotel was clean and well maintained. We booked a standard room and used a Bonvoy Elite Nightly Upgrade Award for a 2 bedroom suite and it was incredibly spacious. Loved the little outdoor courtyard with fireplace and indoor pool/whirlpool. The hotel was about 10-15 minutes from the airport. If the need arose we would stay again.

I like the room it was very cozy and comfortable. And the location was great.

Not all but there was a certain staff member that was very rude to me.

We reserved a room through Bring Fido. Marriott Bozeman oversold their rooms and cancelled us at 4:30 pm when we were 2 hours away. Either this is a policy of Marriott or the incompetence of the general manager. Thanks for ruining a day of our vacation. Don’t book Marriott if you aren’t the highest bidder for their rooms. Plus the manager had her staff say we cancelled the reservation, not them, because taking responsibility is not a trait of a good manager.
