Quiet location. No elevators. Staff was friendly. Clean room. Leaking sewer gas in room problem was addressed quickly.

The facility and the rooms are clean. It is a nice space overlooking the small marina and a great view of the bridge over the harbor. The staff was friendly and helpful and everything was very modern and had great views and easy parking.

DO NOT say you have breakfast if you don’t and then laugh it off and say “I don’t know why they say we have breakfast.” It was ridiculous and slightly insulting. Coffee and tea, little rolled up paper bags of about a quarter cup of homemade granola and a bowl of apples and rotten oranges. I understand the whole “green” concept, MY generation invented it…add some yogurt and some healthy artisan breads at least, this felt and WAS skimpy. Don’t have live plants..to add to the ‘green’ if you’re not going to water them. The Philodendrons in hanging baskets above the lobby were more than half dead, crispy dead leaves, looked awful and was cruelty to plants. I watered them and watered all the plants in the lobby and the main area…they were all bone dry and in danger of dying. The whole thing felt skimpy…come on, put a little effort and love into the place, it’s a nice facility. At least be honest about what you have and don’t have. And TELL people that there is no elevator, only stairs…it is an issue to some people.

Easy walking to shopping and restaurants. Great view of the bay

This place is delightful! It sits right on the harbor, has great views, and is close and convenient to restaurants and the sea wall for whale spotting. It's really more like a bed and breakfast than a hotel, but peaceful and quiet at the same time. Highly recommend!
