Jameson Inn and Suites Riverdale

The check-in went well. The room was tight with two queen beds. The room needed updating. The mattresses were in need of replacing, you could feel the springs on the side. The bathroom vent didn't work.The towels were of different quality, one very good towel, the others of lesser quality, and mismatched. There were no hangers in the closet, only a small rack and the holder for an iron. There was no iron or ironing bed. The price was the best thing about this hotel.

Roaches in my room there were no bath clothes and The staff was rude and gross. He sneezed in his hand when I first walked through the door then did not do anything to assist me when I stated that there was a roach in my room.

I had an unexpected layover at the Atlanta airport. This hotel was the closest one available. It is in a sketchy neighborhood And was operated by a small Indian family so they are understaffed and it shows. However, it was close to the airport and I made it to my next flight

It meets expectations for the price paid. Why does Expedia force me to write more than I wanted to.

Would not recommend. The hotel comforters and towels were not clean. The hotel also had bugs.

Breakfast should be called 'snacks' in the advertisement instead. The lampshade in the room was broken and the phone was filthy. People could stand outside to smoke and the air conditioner pulled in the smoke in our first floor room. I didn't like people standing outside (in the back) next to our room. It was a very quiet stay though.

The room was nice not enough pillows n there were roaches in the room not a lot but they shouldn't be there ....but overall minus the bugs it was nice

Had no hot water when we checked in, and still none the next morning. Drain in the tub was clogged.

I absolutely LOVED the staff!!! They were so nice and actually treated me like a human being. However the room itself was a complete disappointment. The room was unkept and looking like it hadn't been cleaned. there were stains all over the room (it looked like a scene from the first 48). The closet where the ironing board and iron were kept wreaked of mildew. The bed was filthy, my boyfriend and I slept on top of the bed, in our clothes, with towels on top of the comforter and the pillows. I wouldn't recommend this place to everyone, however I wish the hotel staff nothing but the best!

Stayed 2 nights Friday - Sunday ask for clean towel they respond sorry I don't gave a key to the laundry room all the while we were there we had to use the same towel Friday - Sunday
