Great small hotel with exceptional service from great staff. The food at the restaurant and our breakfast in our room were very good. We also had a great couples massage that so relaxed me that I fell asleep. Overall it was an excellent experience that we would happily return.

Bathroom very dated; shower fixture installed backwards with cheap plastic surround. Otherwise room was lovely.

Excellent location with shops & wineries close by. Lovely area for walking & relaxing. Everyone was friendly & helpful especially in the Spa. Felt enveloped with warmth & care. The food was amazing & worth coming back for!

Construction noise woke me up too early! It should have been mentioned at booking at least & possibly offered a continental breakfast in room. Not a relaxing ending to a great getaway.

"It was quiet and peaceful but very expensive."

I ordered eggs benedict and the eggs were hard boiled so I didn't eat them. They should ask the guest how they like their eggs done. I assumed they would be runny as they usually are when I order them.

There was no maid service so our bed wasn't made, nor did we get fresh glasses. I know we could have texted Ivy but shouldn't have had to.
